1.General Description

This machine adopts the principle of auger delivery. It conveys the powdered plastic from the material bunker into the hopper of the plastic-shaping machine by rotating the spring of steel wire. Conveying is stopped until the hopper is filled to be full by the signal from the bunker level indicator. After the bunker level is lowered to a definite level, the bunker level indicator gives signal for continuing the material-charging. Then the process is recycled in this way, thus the automatization of material-charging is realized.

This machine is mainly suitable for the materail-charging of various kinds of powdered plastic and granular plastic. It is used in conjunction with the plastic extruding machine and plastic injecting machine. It has the following advantages: simplifying the fabrication work, saving the man powder, improving the labor conditions, easy to operate, and civilizing the production etc.
